over 90m in net cash and although I don't want them to rush out and invest in anything, it seems appropriate that they generate some return from those funds especially if they are saying technology company valuations are still below the 5 year average
at the moment, this stock is highly dependent on performance in siteminder (~33% of the total NTA), and given the cash does not move and private company valuations are somewhat subjective (and also don't change frequently), BTI price is highly linked to siteminder
sufficient buffer between NTA and share price, but I think time to deploy some of those funds
