Paul Wilson is no mug, so I'm sure he has done plenty of due diligence, but 200k customers over ?? years (and I'm sure a decent amount of that through covid) seems relatively small
plus the $20m investment....you'd hope this was a significant stake
ah well, will wait for the May update, but strange that they did not provide more detail around the economics with this announcement
