Interesting that they are tagging it as a pre-IPO raise, and if it IPO's in 2022, the IPO price needs to be 20% above the pre-IPO raise price. So if I am understanding it correctly, if they IPO in 2022, BTI would make a 20% book profit straight away.
Makes me wonder if the logic from the BTI team is that they have cash burning a hole in their pockets, and this could be a quick turn around while they look for other longer term prospects.
