Ann: Bailador to participate in Straker equity raising, page-2

This is interesting.

If I am reading it correctly, BTI is taking up the entitlement in the Straker CR, but are also underwriting it, with the hope of picking up addition shares.

This is abit of a change is strategy for me. Previous communicated strategy for BTI where going to take companies to IPO, sell their stake at an appropriate time, and use that money to invest in a new "early investor" business.

It is an interesting one. I do like Straker, and if this is a one off, it is all good. But I would prefer to see BTI spend their vast cash position on new opportunities.

Ultimately, I trust BTI, I am a long term holder and have done well out of it to date. I am not selling anytime soon.
