    re: Ann: Balai Cluster RSC Project Finance Se... Hi Auto, I cant find wording anywhere in the ROC published announcements that the upfront investment will be reimbursed regardless. The company has stated that it will be "reimbursed upon first commercial production" and "payments will commence upon first production", which does sound as if the capital is at risk if the fields are non-productive.

    Can you provide any additional information which confirms to the contrary? Appreciate it if you can.
