Normally if there is significant cause for concern in terms of loan defaults, stock might go into suspension. Based on the language used of ongoing discussions with DOE/DFC about the 'event of default', i don't think there is such concern here.
If terms of offtakes, whether there is further negotiated terms that may include a delay or insurance payouts, we're yet to know. The company is maintaing it's continuous disclosure obligations.
