Its a case of civil unrest in the country which wont last for ever. So this may cause disruptions for a few months but is eventually going to resolve. As for the USG calling in receivers - That wont happen! They will not make any decision that is not inline with their objective of building a local supply chain. This is especially when Syrah has not really done anything wrong here.
