I agree with your comments @xxLiONxx - do you think the USG would go to the extent of debt forgiveness by cancelling the debt/loan? After all the DOE approved Syrah for a $220 million dollars grant. The number of challenges and difficulties this company has faced it's overwhelming to say the least.
