The only concern I now have is that SYR will probably trigger another Captial Raise in the new year with a discount to what looks like a new trading range of 18-20cents....The DOJ loan is at risk because of the Mozambique issues now, they will need new captical fast and cant rely on the loan anymore.
So another CR at what? 15cents?
