Maintenance should have had a hot works permit and a tag or isolation of that area by the fire control panel.
Still, a fire should not have happened or least it could have been prevented if appropriate measures were in place.
Again, like the previous f* up, totally preventable. A long life mine with a large reserve but bad management - expect in 2 or 3 weeks time that is may we be taken over; ESP with $100 in CAS and most of the issues ironed out. It has been as high as $6:00 per share. Very cheap at current price. $4 and most would happily sell out. T
