These are signs that currently they are not able to easily sell everything they can produce (negotiating every sale, way to go for a binding take or pay off-take). cant wait for the quarterly report and some revenue numbers (if they decide finally to disclose these numbers) !
I am personally surprised that they will be ablee to produce 100k of graphite during their first year of operations ! wow i thought they wouldnt exceed 50k...
