thanks, that is exactly what I was talking about : an example of the concept of "binding off-take agreement" being loosely used by graphite juniors. Unless there are penalties in case Chalieco decides not to buy a total of 80.000 tonnes of graphite per year from Syrah (because of price disagreements or inability of Chalieco to sell the whole quantity...etc), then the agreement is anything but binding. Maybe there are penalties but it is not indicated in the anouncement so it is unlikely.
