Same boat. I don't understand why they aren't applying a flat tariff across the board. Every company is being subsided or they'd be broke by now selling at current prices.
I wonder if they're trying not to rock the boat during the 90 day suspension while they negotiate.
I have little faith in the whole processes. Biden let the graphite market down now it's happening again. What's the point putting tariffs on a sweater maker even as a proxy when the graphite company involved can start selling it under its own name tariff free. Only a flat tariff across the board will work or they'll all have proxies to dodge the tariffs
