“Will still operate in campaign mode”. That says to me prices are still rubbish and buyers are still limited. It will be interesting to see how the sp goes today. Some will see it as positive some will not. Operating at all is obviously good but they needed to be operating for more than a few weeks before shutting down again due to lack of orders.
