What has me scratching my noggin a bit ....are the footnotes !
As below :

Syrah is part of the "petitioner "brigade at American Active Anode Material Producers as I recall , and it is they who have requested the Postponement/Clarification for Postponement ???
The only reason that I could think of ( and it may be way of the mark )...is that the Producers ( incl. Syrah ) are in negotiations with either the Buyers ( incl. Tesla ) and /or the US Govt ( or both ) , as part of this 90 day tariff "trade off "period with China .
Unless another theory can be offered , perhaps a question for someone to pose to Verner and Askew at the AGM . for anyone attending !
