Calibration should have been completed long before any commercial production product was sent to ANY customer for qualification as any changes in the production circuit will alter the final product mesh size fraction percentages or metallurgically.
This shows the lack of graphite production experience with continuous issues with the production circuit either mechanically or through a flaw in the flow sheet / design.
