Based on fundamentals it shouldn't be below $2. They shipped 162kt even though there was a shipping shortage. They had 90kt of orders they couldn't meet because of shipping. PLS CEO said they rang a bell with an order came in. SYR rang a bell when they saw smoke on the horizon.
