I am hoping it doesn’t have an impact as the investigation is a different arm of government (ie senate I think?) as opposed to the executive (Trump). I’m also hoping the fact that a finding of guilty still has already been recorded means the only determination is the amount of tariff. In any case it will be politically sensitive and à real indication of what is more important. Stopping China’s geopolitical ambitions and strengthening supply lines or better business conditions for US companies.
Interested in others thoughts and to correct any of my misconceptions.
