The Graphite Subsidizing Investigation is a stand alone issue and are they going to play hardball or not. The US still doesn't have a AAM manufacturing industry so until it's built, the tariffs are going to be expensive for the OEM's. On the flip side, graphite has a small cost impact on building EV's.
