    Hi there. I'm a small cap investor and have shares in some other companies. I had SYR but sold about a year ago. Looking at the various reports there are two signals I'm getting, the one is that its a good time to buy and the other that there is a medium term problem with the dryer which could take 8 weeks to get going again. Could some please explain Thks
