The one issue that @BottleShock (great post BTW) touched on that concerns me now is that any large telco who may potentially be interested in Corona may be quite worried after doing due diligence on NOR. Will they have the same thoughts as Shareholders in terms of under delivering and "poor" financial positions.
This could make it harder to get deals over the line.
If there is real value in the IP, then who know's a takeover may be possible. The risk of getting in bed with NOR may be too great, however the tech and IP could still be worth some $$$.
