If a small amount of shares are issued at a slight discount, why do some people think the remaining shares are worth the same? Does the money raised out weight the dilution ?
I actually see this bring in buyers back, but ZIP management needs to a lot more transparent moving forward to build trust. CR at these levels isn't a great look.
