I am obviously a huge TAW fan and have a made a pretty packet recently.

However, let's be real here.

This is an executed terms sheet, which is agreement in principle of the key terms prior to executing the contract. Arguably, from a commercial legal perspective, it has some force as a contract, however, it isn't one yet.

However, in commerical practice, once a terms sheet is signed, the actual contract is just a formality for the lawyers to get sorted .

The upside from all of this is that we will probably get another awesome announcement once the final contract is signed.
