BALDTE: CVT: Comvita announces change in balance date (revised)

Yesterday we announced our change in balance date.  We believe we need to
clarify the paragraph regarding 2016 earnings.

25 August announcement:
Comvita remain comfortable that we will achieve in excess of 35% in net
earnings in this financial year to 31 March 2016, as announced on 23 July
2015.

Revised paragraph:
Comvita maintain its guidance made on 23 July 2015, which signalled an
expected increase in net earnings in excess of 35% over 2015, for the
comparative 12 month period.
