BALLA BALLA INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT ACQUISITION TERMINATED

Extract from ASX announcement… Flinders’ Chair, Hon. Cheryl Edwardes AM, said:“It is disappointing the Proposed Transaction is not able to be completed”… blah, blah, blah… However the last part she said is very good… “We will, however, continue to progress development options for PIOP with the aim of producing iron ore in 2025.”
In my opinion, This continuing BBIG saga has been why Flinders Mines hasn’t gone mining all those years ago… that saga needs to be put well behind us. Terminating that Balla Balla Infrastructure Project / Acquisition is one of the best things that I as a minority shareholder (since 2009) have seen the FMS Board do in recent years.
That shows me that the Flinders Mines Board are starting to make independent decisions, for the good of all shareholders at last (but time will tell) something that I believe should have been done many years ago.
All Flinders Mines shareholders are anxiously waiting for Flinders PIOP to be fully operational, so that we can finally see a return on our investment… We are all anxiously waiting to see those fully franked dividends in a few years… that will be nice.
