As an outsider looking in there is some questions that shareholders should be asking Cheryl Edward's.
1 What were the conditions out of there control .As time constraints I think isn't one of them as this has been going on for 6 + years.
2 Why is Cheryl Edward's disappointed with the agreement my understanding is now FMS is not liable for any of Todd's or BBI conditions or penalties for the balla balla project.I cannot see a negative here. Am I wrong.
