This news release is so weird. It's as if they have been pressured by some entity to release it. Point 3 above is not even about FMS. This could have been excluded. We know it has an indirect significance (they need our PIOP), but this item could have been excluded. There is a lot more to this announcement than meets the eye. Have anyone who has lodged complaints to ASX or ASIC etc received any responses from those agencies recently which might complement this announcement?
