    Delays, cancelled contracts, postponed take up at the Port, and it also appears they have been talking to the wrong people regarding the finance.

    Somethings got to change.

    The big threat now IMO is that they will not be in a position to take up the use of their allocation at the Port which they postponed until 2012 (letting AGO use it up till then).
