Well, it looks like no news was indeed bad news.
I suspect they're having to make submissions as to why they made no attempt whatsoever to undertake the development, other than a few pretty pictures, and propose how the site will be developed under new ownership. Given the original purchase came with covenants for significant investment and employment, it's a big deal for local government, and the State.
The new covenants will probably include similar undertakings, not just converting it into a bunch of factory units and storage hard-stand. End of year seems ambitious. Good luck with that.
