Ballymore is not thin on the ground - and with that funding some will be allocated to the other (than Dittmer) projects which read well.
But BMR is thin on the ticker board - and it is that low volatility, low free float if you like, which is its hardship.
IMO it may resolve itself when a few buyers come aboard and see Ballymore as a 'must have' and shake the tree a bit.
Also the last raise (using royalty as pay back) suggests the board is quite happy with the current holdings, and does not want to dillute them.
So, this is no-good as a trader stock, but as a long term cash cow, similar to the coal stocks with which it shares board members, if may be hard to equal.
IMO, and late at night, lol.
