Damned I have worked for BHP, Rio Tinto - why can't I run a mining company?
I have an MBA, 40 years commercial experience internationally and have been responsible
for transforming a number of complex businesses.
I would even do it for free for first 12 months ( with maybe performance options package at end)
The SP will not see the brighter light of day without something radical occurring, why not me!
