Nobody cares what the cash backing is when they place an online order to sell at market. Unfortunately if this well is a dud every man and his dog will be selling at the exact same time as soon as trading resumes after the announcement. All those sell at market orders will be catastrophic for the SP.
I would expect it to hit 20 to 30c.
