In my opinion they have found oil but they can't announce it due to ASX requirements and also the tight hole policy.
Would you seriously throw another 10 million at a well that was a duster? - highly unlikely in my opinion. They would have just declared a duster and abandoned the well.
I could be wrong but time will tell.
