     Total Mt Marion equity sale proceeds since 2015 will be ~A$198m on A$3mNMT initial investment. ~A$34m returned via dividends and share buybacks

     Shift exposure from upstream spodumene production to pursue the lithiumbattery thematic further down the value/supply

    chain A stronger balance sheet with offtake volume certainty aids NMT project financeand offtake/partner selection processes
