Heya Red - you posted this back on 10 December, which is longer than two months ago.
Do you think Stage 2 started on schedule, despite Minbos not yet having the money to fund it? Personally, I assuming the company would need to announce the signing of that contract, so I doubt it happened. Which takes me to my next question - after what period of delay to the commencement of stage 2 do you think the loss of another growing season becomes a highly probable outcome?
