Parsons is telling us that he wants to spend the remaining $10m ASAP.

Sarge reminded us that they had $83m at one stage, I think it may have been after they did their last capital raising. GRY got some more money later on from the profitable sale of their PIR shares. So the money wasted by Parsons is beyond belief and it looks like banks will not provide money to him to develop a mine, so the only hope for us is a takeover before the money runs out.
