Recent history has been bad, ambiguous, and contradictory announcements. When I buy or hold a penny stock, I only want to see good announcements because negative announcements tend to be followed by more negative announcements as we've seen. Just sayin'. In this one, they are talking about inflation and raising the future CR amount, so that suggests cost overruns and more dilution.
