Tran can be monitored by watching the top 20 HIO holders reports. If he has already quit stock or is doing so, it could be argued he was a high quality pump and dump merchant; if still holding, that indication may not hold up.
Next 10,000 has also been a slick wordsmith with many glowing reports which I have never supported, but he has very accurately (and more than once of late) warned all hear of the highly negative international situation and that risk to HIO. It is not as if the optimists who have lost big today can say they were not made aware of the risks: just their refusal to absorb them.
