IMO how this may play out
board will announce at the AGM scaled down plan of 5-10MT with a capex approx 1 billion or under, this will coincide with a capital raise for working capital for atleast 18-24 months, raise may include fees for alterations to the BFS.
they will slowly progress BFS items that arent cost related ie engineering, plans, approvals etc
when the economy looks to be taking a turn, signs such as interest rate holds, no more interest rate hikes, inflation decreasing the BFS will be sped up for completion and that will inturn trigger offtakes and finance to speed up, IMO this may last all of 2023
