Yes the capital markets are really wobbly and freezing up. STO 6 weeks ago had to pause the FID on its Dorado oil and gas find in the Bedout Basin. HIO is the same position. Its not just capital markets, its actually equipment build as well and significant supply chain blockages blowing out costs. On speaking with Bryan yesterday the company just needs to pause things untill the cpital market tempest blows over. It's effecting just about all 20-30 yr structure finance projects. The bankers are unsure where to set the rates. HIO will be developed when the markets settled down to complete the BFS as the demand for this high grade product is massive.
