Atlas declined from $4+ to fester as a penny stock for a long time before Gina moved in to feast on the rotting carcass. If i were Gina, Twiggy etc and had any interest in HIO, why would i move in now, versus waiting 12 months when the BOD is desperate? Also, AGO was a producer when Gina moved in.
