Agree, i think the 20MT option was too hard too soon. IMO if they never deviated from the 10MT option on road and rail this announcement may never have happened. but if they announce 5-10MT option and a successful capital raise and the markets steady going into 2023, interest rate rises stop, all of a sudden this looks extremely attractive.
