as much as this is actually a world class project, and yes I do truely believe that, you have to evaluate what is for what is, HIO is an expensive shell, yes they'll cut back on costs, but the real value now lies around the median explorer range which falls in the 15-30mc so anywhere between
with 750m+ shares on issue
2-4c is fair value atm-
