    Why is everyone going Ape shit? The management pushed hard for 20mt. Turned out that it's not viable. So now they are backtracking to 10mt which was the initial target. So that's what Bryan means by slowing down. Shifting gears from 20mt to 10mt and maybe even 5mt.
