All the shareholders must have received proxy statements. Take a look at proxy statements and the resolution they have put forward. One thing I have noticed is Bryan given himself a pay rise of $100k and bunch of extra options. This was done around May when all was going well and shareholders were promised BFS by the end of December. Is he worth that much, given failure to foresee this? How long has the cost pressure and inflation going for? His statements as recent as last couple of weeks mentioned nothing.
