Or they could of down a raise at a 20% discount to market price (32 cents), to market, got a lot of support, less dilution, kept their reputation, and still got institutional support.

Thinking out these theories even just for a couple of minutres logically helps, theres no way this was planned. Doesnt make any sense for any party.

Its just plain and simply bad management.

not saying it was planned just a theory, read my other post with screen shot from citi partnership announcement.
i think the situation is as per Bryans announcement, but with Citi being advising id say they have a plan which has come about due to the situation
