Exactly. Excellent clarity from a holder (and sorry for what's happened today). Possibly the stupidest thing I consistently read on HotCopper is variations of "management seem really confident, they wouldn't have said/done/released XYZ if they didn't believe in the project..."
Every non-producing ASX resource stock management team is reliant on capital raises from shareholders to fund their salaries. That's why they're super-confident about everything, right up until the moment they're not (by which point, it's usually too late). I agree with others on this thread, that the seemingly bullish comments in the final paragraph of the AGM letter released just days ago look very distasteful/unfortunate.
