    there is no bonus in this. Basically saying the market is giving them zero confidence they can raise funds to get this off the ground and they need a big pivot in thinking. Macro issues or not... great projects usually find a way forward, especially when they are "green" in a world gone green mad. This is a very bad sign in my opinion.
