Seriously Tran, as you probably know I'm an investor in HIO from way back. This debacle means heads should roll and I was quite wary of the current MD. He does not have the experience as portrayed.
My suggestion is for him to step down in favour of a more competent hands on miner but still maintain a role in marketing / sales.
And for executive directors to take a hit on remuneration and take shares at no less than 20c in exchange.
However, despite the gloom and doom, I'm again a buyer but very cautiously. Good luck
