Yes capital raise almost locked in!
i think once the new (or old original) plan is laid out reverting back to 5-10MT and capital raise is done, alot of investors will come screaming back in plus the investors that scrutinised the 20MT option may come in aswell
how long will a less complicated BFS take to complete aswell an extra few months of variations
